• How long do I have access to my course?

    Our free courses can be accessed indefinitely. For our paid courses you will have time limited access of a minimum of 6 months. If you have a coupon from your organisation to access a course for free that coupon will be linked to your organisations licence renewal schedule.

  • I have a question linked with content of one of the courses.

    Each paid courses has a discussion and question button on the top right hand of the screen. One of our staff will see that question and do their best to answer it.
